My entire life has been surrounded by activity. Whether it was shoveling snow
in our driveway in the winter or falling trees and chopping up wood in the
summer, I have always had a life that required me to Get Up and Move! I have
been involved with sports my entire life ranging from little league t-ball, to
#1 state ranked high school track and football athlete, to playing at a
collegiate level for BYU Basketball and BYU Rugby. I recently have graduated
from BYU with a B.S. in Exercise Science. For the past 6 months I have been
working as a Head Trainer and Fitness Manager for a local Gold's Gym. I have
loved the opportunity I have had to use my love and knowledge for fitness to
motivate and educate others on their path to a healthier life. But I am never
satisfied. I work on the weekends at a hospital helping those who are
overcoming addictions. Working besides me are wonderful, beautiful nurses
that because of their vigorous schedules have become unhealthy and
overweight. It is because of them, and many others that I know that so
desperately wish to be healthier but don't know where to start, that I have
become a Beach Body Coach. I hope, that no matter where my life takes me, I
will always be able to reach out to whomever wants a friend to motivate them
and work with them to achieve their own goals.
