I'm 52 was the Captain of my HS Track/Cross Country Teams in HS. Spent 25 years in the Army, studied Korean Martial Arts, got my Black Belt in 1978 and 2nd degree in 1981. Problem is I smoked, in 2002 I had a heart attack and 4 x bypass surgery. Have gone from 185 average weight to up to 225. I am back down to 202 and working with P90X to get back down and in shape.
