I am married to my best friend and soul mate. We have 2 beautiful kids. I am
an artist of many different mediums, it just depends what trips my trigger as
to what I am working on. My kids are at an age that they are my primary
focus but both will be in school full time this year and I am looking forward to
regaining time for the things that are important to me.

to what I am working on. My kids are at an age that they are my primary
focus but both will be in school full time this year and I am looking forward to
regaining time for the things that are important to me.

As much as I love my kids, they ruined my body. I gained 85 pounds with the
first, lost 75 of it and was back in a bikini...number two came along and I
gained 85 more. I was very sick with the second and both of us almost died
in labor. My kidneys shut down and I swelled to 220 pounds with all the
water I was retaining. During dialysis they would pull 15 pounds of water off
me in a 3 hour period. It was a very scary time. After a couple months
everything came back to normal and I am healthy. Luckily my daughter was
not affected. I don't know why it has taken so long for me to get committed
to loosing the rest of the weight. Sometimes I get afraid of pushing my body
but I know that I am strong and healthy.

My core is my trouble spot for the first time in my life. I can't get it off and
thus; the rest of me has caught up. I picked Hip Hop Abs as a work out. I
used to be a dance instructor, competed in State and Nationals and later was
an aerobics instructor. It is tough to know that at one time I was 15% body
fat and now... Well I am not 15% anymore. I want a realistic program but
seeing others unbelievable results I am really excited to see what I could get
out of the MDB community support.

I saw the June winner of 10,000 dollars on the local news in Mpls. and her
body transformation is amazing. I am looking to MDB to help keep me
motivated and get back into my old bikinis.

I look forward to meeting others and getting and giving support.
