I’m 35 years old and have failed several attempts at dropping weight. If I lost any weight, I would gain it back. I saw P90X and thought that it looked like it was a legitimate workout so I gave it a try. I went into it thinking that I would learn what I needed to (especially about food) as I went and would hopefully meet some people to help me with motivation. I knew I had a long haul ahead of me but I really wanted to see at least a 4 pack someday.



It was almost 3 weeks before I realized the X stood for eXtreme, the workouts were intense! The good thing was that the workouts were doable. I lost 11 lbs in the first 18 days. The diet was not as complicated as I anticipated, it’s a lot of information but it’s broken down so anyone can understand it. By this time I had found a coach who helped me with my questions and supported me. In my first 30 days I lost 14 lbs and could see my body transforming! My lean areas were getting more muscular- the motivation was in the mirror. Using the Beachbody supplements, protein powders and bars were a great boost to my nutrition and energy so that I could do my best during the tough workouts.



At 60 days, wow - what a change with consistent effort and commitment. The scale showed only a few pounds less since the last 30 but my body was changing for the better so I knew that it was dropping body fat and muscle was taking form on my body. I could definitely see my ab muscles, I was excited and enjoying the community support.



At Day 90 I looked back at an awesome journey, I learned so much. I reached and surpassed my goal by 2 lbs but beyond that was this new life that I have. The friends that Beachbody has connected me to are exactly what I need. The confidence and energy that I have every day is making me feel so good and I know that it all will benefit my son, seeing his dad LIVING life and being active and able to keep up with him. Thank you Tony Horton and Beachbody, from me and my son.
