More statistics| RajTENNIS TORONTO, ON Hi I always thought I was in good shape. Hitting the gym on a regular basis, doing my usual ten reps of this and ten reps of that. I also played semi competitive tennis, and squash on a regular basis. In my thirties I began to get injured more often, and also started to lose matches to younger players. This is when I turned to the P90X program to step up my game. | ?
