Hi Everyone,

Well, let's make a long story short. I WAS skinny fat. No really. Here is what did it: Years of bad dieting, not eating enough, doing cardio workouts without enough strength training (the endless hours of running, elliptical, stairmaster climbs), and alas, the eventual giving out of my back leading to 2 years of near zero exercise.
