Hello, everyone! My name is Ranae McPhail. I am 33 years old and currently live in Columbia, PA. I have been with my husband, Greg, for the last eleven years. We have three beautiful boys Dylan, age ten, Trevor, age six, and Shea, age 22 months. These four guys are the LOVES of my life!
Besides my family I am a full-time career woman in the business of orthopedic surgery as a Physician Assistant. This job sometimes requires upto sixty hours per week depending on my call schedule. The biggest obstacle that I see to other peoples success is the excuses for why we don't have time. Believe me, if you make yourself a priority you'll find the time! I am WORTH IT and so are YOU!
Okay, enough about that. Now onto what possessed me to join team beach body and the start of my fitness quest. I have always been very active and conscious of my physical appearance and trying to stay in fairly good shape, but over the last 4-5 years that has gradually declined right before my eyes. Does that sound familiar to anyone? Well, I DON'T LIKE WHAT I SEE ONE BIT!!!
Therefore, thats why I embarked on my fitness journey on 1/6/08, and I have been commited to P90x and BRINGING IT to every workout since!!! Now one year has passed and I continue to push myself to greater heights in my fitness; however, when I look how far I have come I can hardly believe it! It's phenomenal and inspiring to see how far my stength and perserverence has carried me through My own personal montra is a follows: Remember Yesterday, Live for Today, and Dream for tomorrow! In addition to doing this to better myself, and to set a good example for my family and friends, I want to help others just like YOU to achieve similar fitness goals whatever they may be. Therefore, I am committed to helping you throughout your fitness journey whatever fitness program you decide to undertake. Remember YOU ARE WORTH IT and YOU CAN DO IT!. Just take one workout and one day at a time and with the right frame of mind you'll achieve your goals before you know it.
