My name is Rebecca and I am a 28 year old woman living in Arlington, Virginia. I am originally from Lenox, Massachusetts where I grew up with my awesome parents and my four older brothers. My brothers and I were all very competitive cross country skiers back in the day, skiing at the junior national level. (One of them continued to the world/olympic level as well, but not me!) Since high school, My name is Rebecca and I am a 28 year old woman living in Arlington, Virginia. I am originally from Lenox, Massachusetts where I grew up with my awesome parents and my four older brothers. My brothers and I were all very competitive cross country skiers back in the day, skiing at the junior national level. (One of them continued to the world/olympic level as well, but not me!) Since high school, things have changed, and I have pretty much been out of the athletic scene. Here in Virginia, I work as a bartender, and have recently finished nursing school and am now a licensed RN. I have been married for almost a year, and my husband, a former elite gymnast, has also gotten involved with some of the P90X workouts along with me. He is also very impressed with the caliber of the workouts and the P90X system as a whole. We plan to start having children soon, but before that happens, I would like to finish the full 90 days of P90X and see myself in top shape, so that after I have children, I have a picture of myself and a certain mindset that I know I will be able to get back to with a bit of hard work and consistency. I also am working towards developing my status as a coach with Team Beach Body in order to have some additional income coming in to take over the income that has been coming in from bartending. In addition to working as a nurse and bartender, I enjoy the outdoors (especially the beach), watching movies, reading, cooking and baking (and trying new recipes from the P90X Nutrition Plan and the Thin Kitchen Recipe Book), and motivating others to achieve their health and fitness goals. Not only does being a coach help me to inspire and help others, but it also helps keep me on track with my health, fitness, and financial goals as well.

My transformation so far has exceeded my expectations by 10 fold. After only 1 week of the P90X workouts, I started to see results, as did my friends, family and co-workers. After 6 weeks, I see and More ...
My transformation so far has exceeded my expectations by 10 fold. After only 1 week of the P90X workouts, I started to see results, as did my friends, family and co-workers. After 6 weeks, I see and feel myself in a totally different body and I now see my true potential. This transformation has motivated me to stay consistent and push harder. I love the rush I feel from doing the workouts, and as crazy as this is for me to write, I can't wait to do my workouts everyday. I feel GREAT. Everybody asks what I’ve been doing to get into shape and I am so excited to tell them about P90X. As of now, four of my friends are starting the P90X system as well, and I can’t wait for them to start feeling how I feel and I can’t wait to see their results. I don’t get excited like this about too many things, but this certainly has got me going! In addition to what P90X has done for me physically, the mental transformation has been amazing as well. In the past month or so, my mind has become so much clearer and I am so much more positive. I really can’t stress how much I appreciate the way I look and feel lately; and I can’t wait to see what the next 6 weeks and beyond has in store--not only for myself, but for my friends and family that are starting the P90X system as well! In addition to the P90X "Lean" workout regimen, in which I use the P90X Chin-Up Bar as well as the resistance bands, I have been starting to follow the P90X Nutrition Plan as well. I have a weakness, however, and that weakness is sugar. But slowly but surely I am eliminating that from my diet. Following most of my workouts, I drink the P90X Recovery Formula. I also use the Whey Protein Powder in my smoothies and occasionally drink the Meal Replacement Shake. I am also starting on the P90X Peak Health Formula this week to supplement my diet and to ensure I am supplying my body with sufficient vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. All of the changes I have made and the healthy habits I have developed in the past 6 weeks are changes that have made such a difference in my life and I now have the motivation and desire to stick with them well beyond the 90 days...
