My name is Rebecca. I am a single mom from Colorado. One of my main goals in life is to set an example of good nutrition, discipline, exercise and confidence to my daughter.
I have been using Beachbody videos for over ten years. I started with the Power 90 and I am now in week two of Chalene Extreme.
I have always had a strong desire to be physically fit. I enjoy many different activities from working out at home, climbing the Manatou Incline (2200 steps up Pikes Peak), boxing at the gym, riding my bike, and so on. I am always interested in trying new sports and I believe that I am up to any challenge. My ultimate goal in time, for knowledge and personal growth, is to become a personal trainer / nutritionalist.
I enjoy cooking with and eating clean foods. I think that vegetables and fruits are beautiful and simple. I work at a health food store where I have access to good food, supplement knowledge and useful information in which I am learning to live by.
I want to be able to pass as much information on as I can to people who want it, and have a desire such as mine, to be healthy and happy.
I know that with Beachbody, I will be able to meet these people and be inspired by their success and motivation. I think with so much going on in our world and around us, it feels like it is getting harder and harder to be motivated and focus on ourselves.
