Hi,I'm Rene and I'm 47. I live near Montreal in Quebec with my 2 kids. I work on my own as a ad consultant and highschool teacher. Beside training, I do a lot of skiing, cycling and tennis.

I started with TJ on February 2006 for 15 months. I lost 25 lbs but regained 10 since March 2007 even if I trained 4 to 5 times a week. I wanted to loose more weight and gain streight watching my diet More ...
I started with TJ on February 2006 for 15 months. I lost 25 lbs but regained 10 since March 2007 even if I trained 4 to 5 times a week. I wanted to loose more weight and gain streight watching my diet in the same time so I decided to start the P90X program on June 26th 2007.

I finished the 90 days program on october 15th at 251 gaining 1 pound after all!! I watched my diet, trained like hell day after day but didn't loose much. Question of mass muscle, metabolism, whatever, I was a little disappointed...
Despite that fact, I gain a lot of fitness and cardio endurance. I score a lot better in the after tests and that encouraged me to keep on going.

So I decided to move on without breaking my head and have fun pushing play everyday. I said to myself: "Forget about the balance and the results, have fun 45 to 60 min. a day and the rest will come eventually." I choosed to mix match TJ series with P90X, biking and running. I committed also to watch my diet a little more seriously, reducing portions and glucids a bit more without craving and cutting my taste for wine :))

Well since October 15 2007, I lost 6 pounds in 4 weeks and feel better than ever! I think the big difference in that shift is the pressure that I took off. I don't put a time limit in my improving results because I want to keep pushing play that way the rest of my life!!

From october 2007 to february 2009, I trained 4 to 6 times a week adding P90X Plus, 10 minutes Trainer and One on One to my weekly schedule. At the mid february, I started a second set of P90X and after 90 days, I lost 10 lbs and 2% of fat watching my diet more closely. I feel great right now! I just started the new ChaLEAN Extreme and it looks great! I'll get back after that...

At the end of March 2010 after mixing ChaLEAN Extreme and P90X for a year, I decided to join my local gym to combine resistence training with weights and spinning classes, twice a week each. The reason why is that since I brought my office home a year ago, I started to get boring training and working at home.

We're now July 20th 2010 and I feel great! I started at the gym at 242 lbs and I'm now at 229 lbs. My goal is to reach 200 lbs in 2011. I would have lost 75 lbs since 5 years!

On december 26th 2010, I'm at 226 lbs. I'm still doing spinning twice a week and weight training twice also at the gym. I'm doing also yoga on saturday and ski on the week-ends. On January 2nd, I will start the 31 daysloosingfat program to loose at least 10-15 lbs.

After doing a first serie of 31 daysloosingfat program I lost another 6 lbs and weighted 220 on february 2nd 2011.

I regained 26 lbs since that time up to august 7th even if I trained 4 to 6 days a week. Probably due to my diet. I started a 2nd serie of 31 daysloosingfat program and lost 2 lbs after week 1 from 4.
