Age 38 height 6'1 weight 255 lbs - thats 60 pounds more than i want or need.

I am still 38, Still 6'1, however I am now 240 lbs my man boobs have shrunk and I have only an extra 45 lbs more than i need.

30 Days in I have lost 15 lbs, and th program is beginning to become a habit. I work out every day exept on tuesday when i have 2 hours of indoor soccer. I am using the weightwatchers points program to train myself to not eat crappy foods and i am determined/ committed to achieve my 195 goals. I also stopped drinking coffee which for me was a big (HUGE) part of my sugar intake. I found a herbal tea called herba mate which has replace my coffee. I just recieved my level 3/4 dvd's which i will switch to at the end of this week. I will succeed.. count on it.

Just measured my body... and had a pleasant suprise.. i am loosing inches all over. I have lost 19 Lbs.. after gaining back 2 or 3 over the xmas holidays. I have however kept working out and atleast been making a real attempt to stick to healthy choices. I feel good as I can see this is working.. 2008 is going to rock. I know i will make my 195 goal. i have no doubt.

i have completed my first 90 days. Excellent results in my opinion.

i have lost 30 pounds of FAT. Dropped my body fat from 33 to 27. My cardio is excellent as i just went to visit my doctor. my blood presure is 124/80.. in my doctors words that is in the range of a 25 year old.. SWEET.

So the combination of healthy foods, getting rid of coffee, white sugar, white bread and reading every label of ingredients of the foods i buy has made a HUGE diference.


I will keep going and i expect my results to be what my target is 195 LBS. I figure i will reach that by the end of april beginnig of May.
