I have always wanted to stay consistent with a workout program. Over the years, I have tried many times to workout...unfortunately, something always came up to keep me from seeing good results. In December of 2008 a customer of mine (Larry, thanks by the way) asked me if I had ever tried P90X. My response was I did not think so; however, in the next day or two I did see the P90X informercial. That was the sign I needed. I borrowed Larry's P90X dvd's and 3 days later ordered my own set!

I am currently just getting ready to start week 5 of my second time thru the P90X workout. I have started to see some good results from the workout in that I am getting stronger and leaning out. I started out being able to do only 7 pull-ups and now I can do 22.

I know that with the Beach Body programs and products...lasting habits and results will come to all who stick with it. I will admit that the workouts are not easy...but they will give you great results!

It would be my honor to work with anyone who may want me to encourage them and help them achieve the results they are looking for.
