More statistics| RhinoBurn Hey everyone. My name is Ryan. My wife, daughter, son and I live in Illinois. I'm in advertising and I coach a collegiate cheerleading squad (with my wife, who was also my stunting partner in college) in my little spare time. I'm 29 now and I'm looking to get in shape again (I did P90X two years ago), shed the pounds (I put 20 of the 50 some I lost back on) and turn some My Progress My fitness goal: Get Healthy Transformation story
Did P90X once before and went from 235 down to 185ish. Its been 2 years and I've put 20 of the lbs back on. Would love to get back to 185 or beyond. Hoping that nagging things More ... | ?
