Hello my name is Rich. This is my second start of P90X and I plan to add BeachBody Insanity as a alternate workout as well. This time I plan to train rigorously adding jogging. P90X has given me my body back and now I want to reward myself by toning and becoming a Coach. This my story....

I started out at 230lbs. That was as of Sept. 2008. Since then I've trained on and off and had gotten down to 164lbs. Very close to my actual weight of 158 lbs. My weight gain was due to medications I take that increase ones appetite, tremendously. After learning that I had Sleep Apnea and other physical medical conditions, I decided t start losing weight. That's where P90
X came in.

At the weight of 230lbs. it was very difficult for me to work out. I had to start and stop, start and stop, till I got a few pounds off. Once I got to about 198lbs, I started to do it full time, this was around Jan. of 2009. I never completed the first round, due to lack of motivation and I was really out of shape. So again I initiated training only to stop again. In between the time I would train, I did change my eating habits and started to walk and jog.

The pounds kept coming off and I would do P90X on and off, but never a continuous routine. I have now set a goal starting today to become as fit as I was when I ran track in High School. So my workout begins again April 28, 2011 and I plan to do the full P90X Classic then plan to move to Insanity after-wards for more toning and sculpting.

I would appreciate any and all support and feel free to add me as a buddy and comment on your as well as my progress. I'm a firm believer in "Just Keep Pushing Play". The program works, all you have to do is trust it and keep a open mind, the weight will simply evaporate. Thanks for reading and hope to see you guys at your goal.
