P90X Lean started 10/18/10. Ended 28 Jan 2011. Now on to Round Two!

I am a 64 year old self-employed management consultant and business coach. Two years ago I decided the time had finally come to take control of my health: drop my body fat, increase my strength and stamina, start eating in a way to heal my aging body. I got into a regular exercise and training routine and have stuck with it every day five days a week ever since.

I've managed to drop 30% off my body fat level. I've trimmed 7 inches off my waistline, 42 down to 35. My MD has taken me off my maintenance prescriptions for cholesterol and hypertension and has declared me in better shape than any he's seen me in in the last twenty years. I feel great about myself every time I look in a mirror. I feel even better when I'm successfully doing those Xtreme workouts with people half my age.

I travel a lot and I burn a lot of energy daily. I need all the help I can get to maintain a properly balanced caloric intake. I could could not get by without shakes. I rely on them to both fill in the gaps and on some days to simply provide me with all the nutrients I need to keep my body healthy and happy. And you know what? It Works!

I've made a lot of progress but I've never been real good at tracking and measuring. Team Beachbody is filling in a gap that had developed between me and my program by providing me with the tools to measure my progress, identify weaknesses and address them with appropriate tools. I've done a lot of the bulk work. I now want to work more on stamina and nutrition and, while I'm at it, tone. I think this will be the place to do it.

I'm committing to P90X Lean between October 2010 and January 2011. I'm thinking I will not only be healthier by then I will look healthier. Good living is the best revenge. Bring It!
