I have always been a very active and outgoing individual. I started having trouble with my weight in 2001 after I joined the US Coast Guard. My weight would range between 143 and 174. In Jan 2006 I ran a 1/2 marathon at 161 lbs., 11 days later, I was involved in a rear end auto accident and I have a pinched nerve in my back that causes my right leg muscles to feel strained. I have not ran since. I
