I reached 290 pounds January of 2011. I knew I needed to make a change for my future and self-esteem. I did P90X and got down to 235 by April.Tha ofcourse is when I tore my ankle in a beach volleyball game. This took me out of the game for 3 months and I never got back into P90X consistently until now. I am in the 220's now and workout religiously everyday, however eating right is extremely hard for me because I live on the road for 3 straight months. I am tired of being semi-healthy and ready to get ripped.
