I have been using Beachbody products for more than seven years. I have lost a total of 40 lbs and 6 inches from my waist by using Power 90 and P90X. I have been able to maintain my weight loss and not slide back. The P90X workouts have helped me not only lose weight, but also increase my strength and flexibility.

Inspired by my friends, Tony and Dawn Barca, who each had phenomenal results with Beachbody, I began Power 90 in June 2004. I worked out 6 days a week for 90 days with Tony Horton, improved my diet and lost 30 lbs. I continued on to the Power 90 Master Series. I now use P90X and P90X+.

For me "Modify" was the key to get up to speed with P90X (ie. Using a chair to help get in pull-up reps, Taking a mini-break in a set if needed). I used the work sheets to keep track of my workouts. Then I used the results to stay motivated and kept pushing play.

We have attended Tony Horton's New York Fitness Camps at the Roseland Ranch in Stanfordville, NY. This was our third year. It is always a great opportunity to meet new people and see our Beachbody friends. Four workouts. Challenge course. Tony's 11 Laws. Bag game.
