Vancouver, WA I am 37 years old, a mother of two, and a wife. For more than 8 years I was a nutrition teacher at our local high school. I knew what was good nutrition but I have to admit it wasn't always easy practicing what I preached. So therefore, I yo-yo'd with different fad diets and exercise programs. I've always struggled with that extra 20 lbs, it would come off with each fad, but unfortunately I am 37 years old, a mother of two, and a wife. For more than 8 years I was a nutrition teacher at our local high school. I knew what was good nutrition but I have to admit it wasn't always easy practicing what I preached. So therefore, I yo-yo'd with different fad diets and exercise programs. I've always struggled with that extra 20 lbs, it would come off with each fad, but unfortunately I would always gain it back over the course of 6 months to a year. The most success I have ever had was weight watchers and it was because I was accountable to someone (that scale was there every week telling the truth about my eating habits). However, weight watchers had a flaw, lack of exercise! I love the program Million Dollar Body has put together, exercise that sees results and a sensible meal plan to follow. I have been faithful to these products for over a year now and I still wake up each morning really excited to be able to do one of my workouts. They have been so easy to stick to, but challenging to do, that's what I love, I never feel like I'm wasting my time. Each workout is designed to be effective so you see results within a matter of weeks.
