Hi all my name is Rochelle. I'm a 28y/o mom of two boys. I'm a full-time college student currently working on my BA in Business. I'm also a stay at home mom that home schools. My husband and I own a computer service company which I recently took over the reigns from him. So I'm a pretty busy lady. I want to work on making my body healthier and I believe this is the way to do it.

Transformation story

My weight gain began 10 years ago with my first pregnancy. I went from 116lbs. to 180lbs. With my second pregnancy I gained another 35lbs. Since then I've gained more as each year went by. For my More ...
My weight gain began 10 years ago with my first pregnancy. I went from 116lbs. to 180lbs. With my second pregnancy I gained another 35lbs. Since then I've gained more as each year went by. For my birthday I promised my self that I would make the commitment to lose the weight and get healthy.

So on Feb. 1 I started a low fat/low cal diet. On Feb. 3 I started taking Alli. Today on Feb. 5 I will start working out with Hip Hop Abs. I have wanted to do this for the past 10 years though this time I am making a commitment to follow through.

Update: So far I've lost a total of 33lbs. I've been maintaining a healthy diet for the most part. I've had a few slip ups here and there but overall I'm doing good with the nutrition side of my transformation. Now its time to concentrate on the exercise portion.
