After several years of sporadic fitness programs from running to serious racquetball, and all kinds of other stuff, I found I still had the same problem most of us face...not in the shape I want to be, bored with most of the stuff I have tried.

At 46 years young, I thought now is the time I should really be focusing on the physical well being...while I am still "young". I am blessed to be in pretty good shape, and am regularly complimented on how youthful I look and act. But it's not enough...

I saw an ad for Tony Horton's P90X. It scared me! But...this guy seemed for real! I was familiar with Beachbody as we own the Turbo Jam series, so I was pretty confident P90X was the real deal! Boy howdy!!!

So, cha-ching and seven days later, Tony and thirteen of his favorite DVD's show up in my mailbox and away we go! It took a week for my wife and me to digest all the info., set up the kitchen for proper diet habits etc. We said if we are going to do this, let's do the whole thing...diet, tracking progress, everything!! Go BIG or GO HOME...right!!!???

Having reached the end of the third week of P90X, I am a total believer, never goin' back, can't stop me now fanatic!! The results are just that amazing...but ya gotta bring it!! It takes work, and dedication.

P90X is now a regular part of the day, and will continue to be my regular workout regime even past the 90 days. My speed and quickness are better, I am more alert mentally, my stamina has improved, as well as overall strength!
