I am closing in on 60. I have put on some extra weight the last couple years - about 15 to 20 lbs on my 6' 1" frame. I have been an active cyclist most of my life, which is good cardio, but has left my upper body wanting. Gyms have not worked for me. I needed a convenient workout and P90 seemed to fit the bill.
