I have spent the last 26 years in the US Military, left college at 220 lbs
(football player), Helicopter Pilot, Ranger and Airborne. Weight has fluctuated
between 180-240 lbs and 6 - 28% body fat. Have been fighting the weight
battle since returning from the Gulf War. I'm embarrassed with my weight
and appearance, in conversations I rarely tell people that I was one of the
military's elite

I have attempted a number of weight loss programs and workout routines, but
to date none have worked. I workout 6 days a week, but have reduced my gym
workouts to 3 days a week (60 More ...
I have attempted a number of weight loss programs and workout routines, but
to date none have worked. I workout 6 days a week, but have reduced my gym
workouts to 3 days a week (60 minutes of eliptical, level 5 followed by 3 sets of
15 leg extensions and lats), followed by 30 minutes of sauna. I've added ruck
marches of 7 (Wednesdays) and 10 (Saturdays) miles per week.
