I am 41 years old, have been fairly active all my life playing a number of different sports - rugby, volleyball, hockey, cycling, basketball, soccer, running, ju-jitsu. I was a policeman with the Mounties, did that for 10.5 years. This spring I got roped into playing competitive club rugby again. I have played two games already and my fitness is no where near where I need to be to play rugby.

I have lost my way, this is the worst shape of my entire life. I have decided to get myself back into shape. Gone are the days I could drop 20lbs in two weeks and be in rugby shape within a month. Goal is to weigh in at 225lbs. So here goes.
