Mantua, NJ Hi, my name is Tammy, I am 50 years young, I have a wonderful, supportive husband and two active boys, after giving birth to my second son eight years ago, and I gained over 40 lbs. I Stop taking care of myself to take care of my two sons. When my boys said "Mom You are getting fat", they woke me up. I Stop taking care of myself to take care of my two sons. When my boys said "Mom You are getting fat", they woke me up. I said to myself how I could take care of Them if I don't take care of myself, so August 1st 2011, I took my Charlean Extreme Exercise CD's out of the storage, and started working out and watching my diet. The change has been slow, but it did take 8 years to get out of shape so it will take some time to get back in shape. My goal is to be healthy for myself so I can be a healthy Mom and a good role model to my two boys.
I also suffer from migraines, exercise seems to help cut down on the pain. The Challenge begins August 1 2011, this time I will stick to it, I have the motivation of Beachbody to make this happen. Can't wait to see the results in 90 days. This is going to be fun.

Slow change - I am not giving up! My Change has been slow, but I now have more energy. I feel great; I get up at 4:30 AM every morning to exercise at 5:00 AM. It is a great way to start my day, I feel good, I look good and I get more things done. My boys and my husband have notice a change in my appearance and my confidence. I plan to keep up the hard work to reach my lifetime goal to stay healthy and happy with myself and my family.
I was in a size 16 just about to get into a size 18, I am now in a size 10/12.
I have lost 8% body fat, 28 lbs and 19 inches.
My blood pressure was high it is now in the normal range.
Instead of Jiggles, I have a lean and healthy appearances.
It is hard work and it does not happen overnight, It is a lifestyle change one that I enjoy because the work outs are fun and I have my wowy buddies to motive me every morning.
