Hey I see you looking at my profile !!! Let me help you begin that journey down that path to a better body, we can take it one step at a time and I will be there with you until the end. I started P90X in August of 09 and received outstanding results, I followed that up with Rev Abs and loved it. Rev Abs provided me with a solid core foundation for me to build on, it also help me focus on my breathing and the proper way to fire my Abs.
With this new found knowledge I will be putting it to use when I begin my 2nd round of P90X (March 8th. This time my focus will be on my diet and portion approach/control. In August of 09 I started out doing doubles ( all I can say is wow) working out twice a day to expedite my weight loss I went from 212 lbs to 197 in 3 months. I have a confession at first I had my doubts about P90X and if it would really work.
All I can say is I'm hooked, beachbody has made a believer out of me. I'm a P90X junkie people think I'm O.C.D when it comes to working out. I just can't get enough of P90X, its so addictive and the best part of it is, it's legal and spreading like wildfire so don't miss out join now

The heaviest I have been is 220 and now I'm down to 212-214 my goal is to get lean and toned I would like to be able to get my body fat down to within standards, and my weight between 195 and 200 lbs. I started the doubles program on August 10th I was 214, and on Sept 21st I was 204.4 lbs I can't wait to see what the scale reads on Oct 21st. I have to be honest here I used to go the the gym like a gym rat 6 days a week lifting weight 3x a week and cardio on the days I wasn't lifting, but since I have started P90X I have seen more improvement in my body than the whole time at the gym.
I'm a strong believer in beachbody and what it has to offer I just wish I knew about this ten yrs ago when I was in my 30's better late than never right. I once heard LL Cool J one say " Everybody want a body like me but the have a twinkie in there mouth" Well mines was a Little Debbie Honeybun.
I know my body didn't get like this overnight it was years of abuse eating wrong, drinking, and smoking, and I know it's going to correct its self overnight P90X is not the magic pill or magic dvd that all I have to is press play and sit on my couch and watch it and the weight will come off... we can only wish it was.... P90X is a journey that I have committed myself to and so far the journey has be great. The first leg of my journey will be complete the 22nd of Nov (Round 1 of P90X will be completed). In Nov I'm looking to joing the beachbody family as a coach but first I wanted to complete one round of P90X, so I can share my story with the world and what P90X has done for me.
My goal after P90X is to purchase RevAbs when its released, then go back and tango with Chalene Extreme. My journey will no be complete until I have crossed path with Insanity, one of us is going to walk away the winner, Est. date to try Insanity Mid-Spring of 2010....Stay tune....Same Bat channel, Same Bat time.

02/18/11 Well I'm sitting at work and reflecting over the last 3 weeks of using P90X Plus. I would like to share my thoughts, I find it new and exciting something different to try.
