I've been trying half-heartedly to lose the baby weight for four years now, but I got serious about this last fall. As of March 15, I've lost 25 pounds, and I'm back in the healthy column on the body mass index. I lost three jean sizes! I'm following the Flat Belly Diet, walking, and doing yoga.
