I actually started working out in Sept. 2007. I started extremely slow and realized how totally out of shape I was. I pledge to myself to stick with for at least 3 months of dedicated work. I started seeing results in two to three weeks. My success has given me the incentive to keep going and set higher goals.

I've been doing the Slim6 for 90 days now. I can see more definition in my quadracepts and thighs in general. I still have some extra flab on my outer thighs that I would like to see if more time and dedication to the program will improve.
