I can say that I'm truly shocked at the change in my body. Having seen so
many exercise programs that promise results and show examples of those
who have lost weight, they never seemed to More ...
I can say that I'm truly shocked at the change in my body. Having seen so
many exercise programs that promise results and show examples of those
who have lost weight, they never seemed to work for me. Somehow I just
seemed immune, unable to achieve the same thing... of course, that was
probably my fault for not being able to commit and stay true to the program.
That said, going into the P90x program I really did not expect to get the
excellent results that it promised. Luckily I can say that this is no ordinary
program.

Beachbody together with Tony Horton has put together a real program that
not only transformed my body, but also gave me a new outlook on my
personal health and wellness. I lost over 22lbs of fat, finally eliminating my
chicken neck and spare tire around my belly. My strength is unlike any
results I have ever achieved on my own during my 7 years training at the gym
.

I now look forward to each workout and it has become a part of my everyday
routine. Not having to travel to and from the gym, gives me the freedom to
exercise with less time and in the privacy of my own home, all while I fee that
I have my team of personal trainers here by my side.

In addition to the P90x program, I have added Hip Hop Abs and Rockin' Body.
These excellent programs give me the ability to mix up my routines and get a
good cardio and ab workout. Believe me I have NEVER sweat this much EVER
at my old gym.

The program has taught me (Finally) to understand how important food is,
what to eat and how much to eat. I have eliminated sodas, sugar and
packaged food and make much better decisions with my food choices.

The physical change for me is a reward but also a reminder to continue to
keep going and pushing myself to be healthier and more fit. I am beginning
my second round of P90x and may mix in some P90x+ as well as the HHA &
RB routines.

It is truly exciting and I'm so grateful to BeachBody, Tony Horton, Shaun T and
everyone else that has helped to provide the tools to my success.
