I'm married and live in Tennessee. My mom was a health person, so she passed some of that on to me. I ran Cross Country track in high school. In my late twenties I started thinking about fitness/weightlifting mostly because I was in college around guys who lifted all the time. Fizzled out on that after a while. Then I picked back up when I started watching the P90X commercials on TV.

I used to run Cross Country track in high school. But, I'm a bit of a computer/XBOX nerd, so soon that was lost. Picked up P90X 1 year ago and had a great time doing the workouts. My goals are to reduce my blood pressure and tone up and increase cardiovascular fitness. Started INSANITY in February and I'm loving it!
