Okay, so UPDATE: I'm almost 60 years old now and was side-lined with a knee injury and I'm back on prednisone for the R.A. Got about 20 lbs. to lose again, but I'm confident it can be done if I did it before!

When I turned 53 years old I weighed more than I ever did in my life. I acquired rheumatoid arthritis a year before and was on prednisone and several other medications to control it. I was tired all the time, bloated, and had no energy. I wasn't eating right and didn't really care because I just felt it wouldn't matter anyway. When I purchased the Beachbody program, I was amazed at all the people who changed the way they looked and supported each other through the process. With my Beachbody support buddies I was able to reach my goal weight in four months. I am off all major medications for my R/A except for one now and only see my R/A doctor about every other month. I feel wonderful and also look good now in my Size 4's!

Thanks to the Beachbody products and the support I found with others doing the same program, I was able to achieve my goal weight in four months. When I began the program, I was on medications for rheumatoid arthritis and felt like I would never be the same. I am now only on one of the meds, and have plenty of energy.
