Yup, next year in March i will turn 40. Since I got out of the army 20 years ago, I have gotten increasingly fatter, to a point where I am obese. Enough is enough!

21 months ago my lovely wife and I had our first child. Back then, before Julie was born, I was trying to get in shape, and exercized a lot. I felt good, playing tennis, running, bicycling...but I remained obese.
Somehow I didn't succeed, and I feel ashamed that my daughter has a FATTY for a father.
THIS TIME I WILL SUCCEED - I AM GONNA BRING IT - BIG TIME - WATCH ME TURN MY BEER BELLY INTO A SIX PACK!!!

OK, so I am 21 days into it. Hmmm...I was really exited the first 2 weeks. The first week I could only do 18 push ups in 1 hour, the week after I did 80 - DECENT ONES TOO! Alas, More ...
OK, so I am 21 days into it.
Hmmm...I was really exited the first 2 weeks. The first week I could only do 18 push ups in 1 hour, the week after I did 80 - DECENT ONES TOO!
Alas, I overdid it, and I somehow forgot to protect my right elbow joint, which was suffering a bit from a work issue 3 months ago.
So, 8 days ago my work outs just stopped! I was a bit down, because I could no longer use the new Bowflex dumbbells I invested in, I couldn't do push ups, and I could barely tuck my daughter in at night, without my arm hurting.
2 days ago I did PLYOMETRICS for the second time, and it made me realize that I can easily train and loose weight without using dumbbells.
Today I did CARDIO X for the first time, and I can only want to say one thing: BABY, I'M BACK!
I have changed away from THE CLASSIC, and I will now focus on the P90X LEAN program...I am convinced it will get me where I need to be on November 30th: 230 LBS!
Today I also ordered 2 cans of meal replacement and 2 bottles of slimming formula. (I am already using the whey protein as a kind of meal replacement, but now I will try this as well).
I am excited.
