Gilbert, AZ I'm an extremely busy mother, wife, and owner of a video production company. I had been really neglecting my health just to get my projects done and take care of my son at the same time. I was chosen to be on the AZ TV show Healthy U, and was given a great jump-start to my journey to a healthier life. I'm now ready to tone up and Bring It!

Before I got pregnant with my son, my weight had started climbing and climbing closer to the 200 pound mark. Being 5' 2", this was definitely not good for my body. I bought a Wii Fit and started working out and watching what I was eating. I had successfully lost 15 pounds, but made the biggest mistake when I got pregnant: I stopped exercising. As the pounds piled on again, I started to get severe pain in my legs and feet, even after having the baby. Now, almost two years later, I was privileged to be chosen as the "Womansformation" subject for the AZ TV show Healthy U. In 90 days, I transformed my life by eating "lean, mean & green" and exercising 6 days a week. I lost over 20 pounds and over 30" off of my body. It was a great kick-start to my journey, and I'm ready for the next stage of my journey. I still have more weight I'd like to shed and I need to tone my legs, belly, and arms. I'm ready to Bring It!
