I use to be very physically fit with lots of muscles and muscle definition from conditioning that i did(pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups) but i havent worked out for months so im just skinny, no more More ...
I use to be very physically fit with lots of muscles and muscle definition from conditioning that i did(pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups) but i havent worked out for months so im just skinny, no more muscles or 6-pack. now im trying to eat healthy and im going to do p90x all the way through, i have a weighted vest im going to wear for all of the bodyweight excercises, im going to do an isometric hold on everything i can, eat healthy and push myself. i know alot about working out and anything in that category but i just havent applied it so with p90x i will apply everything to get the best possible results i can.
