I had medical issues in 2007 and consequently, gained quite a bit of weight from medications, lack of movement, etc.

I had medical issues in 2007 and consequently, gained quite a bit of weight from medications, lack of movement, etc. Started walking each morning in November, then first of the year, joined Weight Watchers and Ladies Workout Express. So currently walk and go to gym Monday through Friday, and Weight Watchers once a week. However, (I don't like that word However) for most of the month of April, I've been in school and missed going to the gym, and of course, eating wrong. "Fell off the wagon." Need some additional motiviation to get me back on track. Hope this is the arena that will get me back on track to dropping the pounds and inches again. I don't have a weight loss goal but do have a dress size goal. Want to get to size 8-9-10. As we know, all 3 of those "sizes" can fit the same:) I have a black leather skirt in my desired size hanging on my kitchen wall. It used to motivate me but now, it's just a black leather skirt hanging on a wall. Life is good but I really want to look great by my 50th in February.
