Iam 48 and trying to get back into shape. I have had several health issues
over the years which in part has added to the amount of weight I have put on.
I am trying to stay motivated to work out and do so on a daily basis but at
times I just need the extra help of someone to give me that push when
needed. I love outdoor activities such as rollerblading, bike riding and hiking.
