I am a mom of 3 beautiful daughters, and although I love them dearly, I abhor what they have done to my body. Actually, if I am truly honest with myself, I allowed myself to get this way after their birth, so it's really my won fault. At any rate, here I am, still 25 lbs over what I want to be, and still working on being the slim me that I can be!

I started off just eating right, or at least trying to, and lost 15 lbs. Then I got serious, ordered Slim in 6 from BeachBody.com and started getting in shape and losing fat. Due to a knee injury, I didn't finish the first round, but at least did not gain any of the lost fat back.
Now that I am much better, I am starting over - this time with Turbo Jam and Chalene Johnson. I really love the variety in her workouts, and the way I feel afterwords. I can clearly see that it is making a difference in how I look also, and I am excited about that.
Overall, I have now lost over 55 lbs, and only have about 25 to go. This weight will come off, I will look great, and I will feel great.
