Today will be the start of a new journey. I've always been on and off a fitness kick, but as I've become older I feel this is now a must for me to feel better, live longer, and laugh more. I've always known that working out relieves stress. My ultimate goal is to lose weight, become fit and healthy. My family has a history of high blood pressure and heart disease, and it is my hope and desire not to head down that same road. So here I am making a committment to myself.
