I have never been a very fir person, Ilost about 50 lbs my senior year of high school, but later gained most of it back due to illness and poor eating habits. I made the resolution in Jan. that I was going to get on a good diet and start excersing, at that time I weighed 240, now 10 months later I have lost 41 lbs and am finally down below 200, Ive fallen off the diet wagon a couple times this
