I love working out, especially at home and outdoors, and learning as much as I can about fitness and nutrition. I know what it is like to struggle with fitness and nutrition, as I used to be much heavier (and much less healthy) than I am now. I have successfully lost weight in the past through a combination of healthy eating and regular cardio and strength workouts. In the summer of 2005, I used the Slim in 6 program to slim down for a friend's wedding. I did P90X in 2007, following the workout and nutrition plans religiously, and I got great results. The past few years have been full of changes for me, as I've changed jobs, moved, gotten married, and started graduate school; amidst all these changes, my weight crept back up. So over the past few months, I've been making a renewed effort and commitment to my health and fitness. I started drinking Shakeology every day for breakfast, and I feel amazing. I started a new round of Slim in 6 on May 2nd. I am looking forward to seeing some fabulous results!
