As a Nutrition student in college I plan on becoming a Registered Dietitian to educate and inspire others to get healthier! After struggling for many years with disordered eating, I have finally found my healthy. The Beachbody workouts have allowed me to find my strength- both physically and mentally. Started with P90X on June 1, 2011, and haven't looked back since.
