Ever since high school, I have always been into fitness. I had been an intercollegiate athlete where being fit and staying in shape was one of my main priorities. After college, I found myself trying to come up with new ways to stay motivated. I have always been into fitness and consistent with my workouts, but however, I found myself going back and forth in weight. I realized that I had plateaued and was not getting any results. My habits begun to change, which caused my fluctuation with my weight. Having a system to keep me on my toes and constantly challenging myself on different levels was something I wanted to change. I had also realized that most of my athletic life I have had the luxury of having mentors and coaches to continue to push and guide me to reach my potential.
A good friend of my invited me over for a workout. He wanted me to try the P90X workout and see how I felt about it. I found the workout being very different from what I was used to. I was working out muscles that I didn't know existed. After a few workouts, I began to notice some results from the workouts. From then on, I was hooked. I really enjoyed the constant coaching involving each exercise as if the person was right there with you. Now I look forward to my workouts even more and would like to share my experience with those looking for a change.
