More statistics| ScottCLE I'm 6'1" tall. I had just turned 40 and was at 155 lbs. I used to work out years ago with not much success. Whether it was diet, motivation, routines...I worked out and got little in return. Being a hard gainer is VERY tough. I would eat to prevent wasting away.
