During my first round of P90X I went from 12% body fat to 5.6% according to my caliper test. If I did my figures right I lost 8.275 pounds of fat and gained 13.275 pounds of muscle! Let's hope that More ...
During my first round of P90X I went from 12% body fat to 5.6% according to my caliper test. If I did my figures right I lost 8.275 pounds of fat and gained 13.275 pounds of muscle! Let's hope that the next round is even better for my muscle gain.

Will be starting P90X2 January 1, 2012. The diet begins 12/26/2011.
