Well what to say. Hmmmm let's put it out there. I am fat and out of shape. I have been over 300lbs for about 15 years and sick of it. My wife and kids keep telling me that I am going to leave them fatherless and a widow at a young age if I don't do something. 6 weeks ago I started on a journey to be healthy and lose 100lbs. I was 325 then and just with diet only I am down to 288. I have ordered the power 90 system to get me started and I will be moving on to P90X or Insanity after finishing the Power90. My goal is 225 but who knows where I will be. I do know its not going to be 300lbs again. The only thing that is going through my mind is a quote my dad always said. "Quitters never win and winners never quit". This is what will keep me pushing towards the ultimate prize. A healthier life.
