Hi I'm Carla. 44 and loving it. I have had the great pleasure of enjoying many experiences in my life but none like what I expect to come.
The past four years have brought many changes, some good and some bad. Four years ago, I operated a personal training business and when my husband divorced it changed my life. I had to leave personal training behind and go back into the working world of 9 to 5. I gained an excess amount of weight and 100 lbs. of stress. I was going back and forth to the doctor’s office because, as many of you know, stress triggers other physical ailments.
I first started in fitness after I had my first child, and I put on quite a bit of weight. I thought, “How can I lose weight cost effectively?” I decided to work at a gym, which allowed me to make extra cash while I took off the weight. Great concept! And it worked because I loved it. Beach Body has allowed the same privileges. I am committed to reaching all of my goals. I made a conscience decision to finally seize the moment. And now it begins.
