I gained over 70 pounds while going through 2 pregnancies. I carried that extra weight around for a few years and just felt tired all the time. I finally got fed up and lost the weight. It took about More ...
I gained over 70 pounds while going through 2 pregnancies. I carried that extra weight around for a few years and just felt tired all the time. I finally got fed up and lost the weight. It took about a 10 months to loose 50 pounds...just by eating healthy and exercising. I've kept that weight off now for a few years. Now, I'm excited about my next transformation. I want to start Adult Ballet classes of Fall 2008. I have a lot to work on with my balance, endurance, muscle strength and flexibility. I'm going to be really working hard with P90X this summer to try to get myself in the best shape that I've ever been in!
