I've always been a skinny guy, I would play basketball three times a week and burn calories with no hassle. Metabolism was through the roof. But after graduating college in 2005 and working at a postproduction house for 12hr a day, my gut went from flat to beer triple belly. I would eat sugary cereals, bagels, cupcakes,
fast food, nothing but processed food with a liquid intake of four beers a day.
My metabolism slowed down and daily activities were becoming more difficult. By
the end of 2007 I was 223lbs.

For two years I didn't acknowledge the horrible trans-fat-tation until late
2007, when I noticed I had a lack of energy, motivation, health problems and
confidence issues, and then the inevitable happened. My 3-year old niece,
who I adore to death, told me "I don't like you, you’re FAT!" It broke my heart to
hear the innocent truth. Soon after I decide to set a diet plan and begin running around the park. I set a goal to lose the extra weight. No more fast food, refined carbs, sugary deviled sweets, and drinking soda.

Throughout the months I became a library of information. Reading
everything about dieting, nutrition, and fitness. After three months of running
four times a week and a cnew diet I was 40lbs lighter. But I
wanted to get in the best shape of my life and push my self further. Then my friend told me about P90X.

At first it was difficult, but I loved the challenge. I didn’t want to miss a day,
so I scheduled my life around the regimen. Each month was better than the
last. I felt energetic and powerful. I began getting my friends on P90X. Ninety
days later I had become a P90X graduate with amazing results.

To push myself further I found P90X PLUS! Just when I thought
P90X wasn’t enough, here comes Tony offering another great set of life changing
DVDs. The next ninety days were as tough as the first ones.

Today I create my own ninety-day workout plans, which include a hybrid of P90X, P90X plus, Tony Horton’s One-on-One, Insanity, Asylum, and additional activities such as running, jujutsu, boxing, and basketball.

Friends, Family, Co-Workers compliment and ask about my transformation story. It’s a great feeling to feel motivated, energetic and self accomplished.
