I'm a 43 year-old grandma trying to keep up with life & all that it entails. I live in beautiful Northern Utah with my honey (bigdaddysrt) & work as an office clerk at a livestock feed manufacturer. I am also attempting Coaching, hoping that my particular point of view (fat but fit) can possibly help others.

I did my 1st Beachbody workout (P90) in 2003 and it's been nothing but Beachbody ever since. In 2009, after some injuries & gaining back the weight that I lost with P90, Slim in 6 & Yoga Booty Ballet; I committed to living healthier and have since performed the following Beachbody Programs: TurboJAM, Power90, Power90 Master Series, ChaLEAN Extreme, Hip Hop ABS, Brazil Butt Lift and TurboFire (Prep Schedule).
2011 was a real tough year & I learned the valuable lesson stress has on the body (and psyche). My goal for 2012 is to complete all of the TurboFire programs; TF 9-week Prep, TF 12-week Schedule, TF 8-week Advanced & complete the year with TurboFire & ChaLEAN Extreme 12-week Hybrid.
The weight comes off slowly for me now that I'm over 40 & still working on cleaning up the diet. But I am amazed at what my body can not just handle at my weight, but accomplish, when I'm active with my fitness. I know once I get my head wrapped around eating clean (with the help of Shakeology), I will reach my final weight loss goals.
My transformation story may not be as dramatic or awe-inspiring as others but I have struggled & fought for every pound lost. And Beachbody has been with me every step of the way...the programs, my sword...Shakeology, my shield. With these weapons, I CAN win the Battle of the Bulge!
