I am the mom of three children. Dieting and working out have been part of my life for the last 15 years. I have done everything from running, biking, swimming to many different exercise videos. I completed my first half marathon this summer and it felt great. I was looking for something to keep me exercising over the cold winter months when I found Turbo Jam. I've loved it so far and look

I have developed a routine where my day doesn't start until after I have exercised. I have been doing it for years and it has become a habit. The harder part of the equation for me is eating healthy. I have read book after book about healthy eating and dieting. They all have great ideas and I have come up with several meals and snacks that are easy to prepare and that I love. My biggest weakness is my sweet tooth. I let myself have a free day each Sunday. This is something I need to learn to control better. I also need to stay mentally focused as we approach the holiday season. I know if I tell myself that I can succeed I will.
