I'm 26 yrs old. I'm been married a little over a year now. I'm determined to get in shape and were a two piece by July. I work overnight at a half-way house, so I'm usually eating when I'm not suppose to and what I'm not supposed to. I bought Turbo-jam and love it! I been using it for about a month and a half. I will be graduating in December of this year.

I used to be really skinny in high school, but that was almost eight years ago. I not so skinny any more. I have began to be more conscious about what I eat-no more hamburgers and french fries for breakfast. I'm drinking way less soda. I always try to look at the calories on the snack box now. I don't eat the whole bag of already popped popcorn at the store anymore. It starts at mentally and then you combine the physical. I don't try to order the food that looks good on the menu any more, but the food that's healthy and good. I try to work out at least 30 minutes Monday thru Friday. It doesn't always happen, but I just stay positive and start over. I lost over 5 pounds the first week with Turbo Jam and then gained it back because I was letting my bad habits control me. I'm just going to keep trying until I get a BEACHBODY!
